The Role

Accord is looking to hire a VP of Sales to drive and scale our revenue engine through our Series B and beyond. We’re bringing on some of the world’s best Revenue orgs as clients and have a solid foundation of reps, but need a leader to help us scale an elite sales team.

Reporting directly to the CEO/Founder (Ross Rich), you will be responsible for building and leading the team, refining our sales playbook, and establishing the strategy to hit company-wide pipeline & sales goals. You will act as a true "Player-Coach"—closing key strategic deals while building the infrastructure for the team to succeed.
