The Role

As Accord’s first Marketing Events Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of in-person and virtual events. Everything from small-scale executive workshops and virtual events, to industry-leading trade shows, dinners and owned events.

Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brand to life through memorable experiences that resonate with top revenue leaders.

You Will

Execute & define live and virtual event plans. You will own the full events lifecycle including pre and post event coordination, logistics, timelines, and deliverables
Manage all event-related tasks, including securing invites, gifting, booth logistics, sponsorship deliverables, budget tracking, coordination of staff presence etc.
Partner closely with AEs and CSMs to ensure key customers & prospects are included in appropriate events
Support GTM team attending events by providing clear expectations, timeline, and ensuring all event requirements are delivered.
Work with GTM team and external speakers to develop compelling content and presentations for events
