As Accord’s first Recruiter & Talent Lead, you will be responsible for defining and executing our recruitment and hiring strategy and employee experience. This is a crucial, multi-faceted role.
While your primary focus is identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, you will also have the opportunity to shape core people + cultural policies.
Reporting directly to the CEO’s Chief of Staff (CoS) you will be the engine behind our growth, focused on both closing top talent and building the People Ops infrastructure to support them.
