The Role

As Accord’s first Recruiter, you will be our first dedicated talent acquisition specialist, responsible for defining and executing our hiring strategy. This is a crucial, multi-faceted role.

While your primary focus is identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, you will also have the opportunity to shape core people + cultural policies.

Reporting directly to the CEO’s Chief of Staff (CoS) you will help craft and iterate on HR policies, culture initiatives, and operational support to ensure every Accordion upholds our values and high bar for excellence.

You Will

Lead Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)

Own the Full-Cycle Recruitment Process: Manage end-to-end recruiting across multiple business units, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and closing, with a focus on roles across GTM, Product, and Engineering.
Define and Optimize Strategy: Establish and document scalable, best-in-class hiring processes, including interview plans, scorecards, and candidate experience standards.
Build High-Quality Pipelines: Develop proactive sourcing strategies utilizing various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, etc.) to target and engage passive, high-calibre candidates.
