The Role

Based in Toronto, the Chief of Staff (CoS) is a critical member of Accord’s Leadership Team – reporting directly to CEO / Founder, Ross Rich.

Joining at an exciting inflection point, the CoS will be accountable for operationalizing Accord’s annual goals and board-level OKRs, partnering closely with the exec team (CTO, CRO, CPO, etc) to make sure we’re running efficiently and driving results on a weekly basis.

To support the anticipated scale, the CoS will be responsible for setting the bar for a high-performing team and culture (supporting hiring, onboarding, performance mgmt). Before building out more mature functions, they will partner with leaders to drive HR best practices

The CoS will support cross-functional strategic initiatives, from aligning Product & Engineering investments with feedback from the GTM team, to headcount planning and financial modeling. The CoS will develop and implement proven processes, infrastructure, and operations resulting in predictable success.

This role requires strong communication skills, a disciplined operations background, and results in high growth, early-stage environments.
